Great pic and hope people enjoy this. Look a bit deeper for those that walk along St Kilda Beach and youll see its an absolute DUMP. Mid week even on a day thats got low numbers of visitors youll see LITTER on the beach bottles, old umbrellas etc. The Port Philipp Council should get off their bums and take a look at the rubbish on the beach.
